Consumer database demographics
Please note, these are just the core selections and demographics. There are other selections which we haven’t listed simply because we don’t hold significant volumes within them. If your required criteria are not available, please contact us directly as a) we may be able to suggest alternative criteria successfully used by other clients or b) we may have access to another database where these criteria are available along with greater volumes.

Yes, you can. This would include not only email campaigns but also postal and telephone campaigns too. As with all data released for direct marketing, we would need to understand what the data is to be used for and the content of any messaging before we agree to its use.
FAQ's regarding our services...
The cost of our data varies based on several factors, such as volume, usage, and data outputs. For example, an order of 500 records for single-use telephone data would be very different compared to 50,000 multiple use telephone & emails. For the most accurate cost, the simplest thing to do is contact us with an outline of your requirements (or request a count) and we can come back to you more or less instantly. You can send us your request here.
Absolutely! This can be provided as a single, top-line figure or a detailed breakdown based on interlocking variables, for example, postcode by age by gender (consumers) or SIC code by employee size (business). We aim to respond to your request within 24 hours. Feel free to send us your request here.
All data is transferred securely via our own FTP or, if you wish, via your own company FTP.
Orders will normally take no more than 24 hours, but can occasionally take longer if they are more complicated to select and output or if there is an issue such as a shortage on volumes, etc.
With any new account we prefer to arrange pre-payment as it speeds up the whole process of PO’s, invoices and payments. However, once the account is set-up we operate on standard 30 day terms.
Of course! However, please be aware, that the quality of the de-dupe is based on the quality of the data we receive so the more complete it is (name, address, etc.) and the better its quality (complete postcodes, everything in separate fields, etc.), the better we can match and therefore the better the de-dupe.
Standard will always include name, address and contact channel (consumer) or contact name, position, co name, address and contact channel (business). However, if you wish to also have other demographics added i.e. age, gender, etc.(consumer) or employee size, SIC, etc. (business) this can be organised no problem.
